This project involved the new construction of a single-family residence, designed as a modern interpretation of Scandinavian architecture. The home emphasizes clean lines, functional spaces, and a connection to the surrounding environment.

The main floor features two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a family room, creating an open and inviting living space. Additionally, two covered patios extend the living area outdoors, enhancing the home’s connection to nature.

The second floor includes a spacious office, a half bath, and a library/study area that overlooks the family room below, adding a sense of openness and continuity between levels.

With its modern Scandinavian aesthetic and thoughtfully designed layout, this home balances simplicity, comfort, and practicality, creating a warm and contemporary living environment.
