This ground up one-story standalone dispensary was designed with a warm, modern aesthetic that blends seamlessly into the South Road Crossings Plaza. The exterior features a mix of composite siding, painted metal, and stone, creating a durable and visually cohesive facade.

The interior design emphasizes natural materials and clean lines. A wood slat ceiling and custom shelving bring warmth and character, while deep green accents and curated displays create a boutique retail experience. Floor-to-ceiling glazing at the entry provides natural light and visibility, anchored by a secure vestibule.

Dutchess Roots adds to the district’s vibrancy with a retail space that balances functionality, comfort, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
