The Smith Street Apartment building is a contemporary three-story multi-family development inspired by Scandinavian design principles. The concept envisions 24 thoughtfully planned residential units, emphasizing clean lines, natural materials, and a minimalist yet inviting aesthetic. The building’s massing and gabled forms evoke traditional Nordic architecture, while high-performance materials and energy-conscious design ensure long-term sustainability.

The exterior features a balanced palette of wood and dark fiber cement cladding, creating warmth and visual contrast. Inside, open floor plans maximize daylight and encourage functional, serene living. Generous balconies and large windows enhance indoor-outdoor connection.

Landscaped paths, pocket park seating areas, and native plantings create a walkable, community-centered environment.
